Project Background

The project is a three-phase investment project, requiring comprehensive planning and phased construction.

High-density storage was required to significantly increase storage capacity, tailored to the warehouse's actual conditions.

Solution

Pallet-intensive storage significantly improved warehouse utilization.

A total of 12 four-way carts and 12 elevators were deployed. The first phase provided 6,960 cargo spaces, the second phase 2,000 cargo spaces, and the third phase 7,576 cargo spaces, for a total of 16,536 cargo spaces. This project addressed land acquisition constraints and low space utilization.
