Project Background

The existing warehousing network has saturated space, and the daily manual sorting capacity is less than 8,000 orders, which cannot meet the 10,000+ daily order demand after business growth; meanwhile, multi-category FMCGs (daily chemicals, food) have large storage specification differences, and the space utilization rate of traditional flat warehouses is less than 30%, so a new super-large intelligent stereoscopic warehouse is urgently needed to realize high-density storage and automated operations.

Solution
  1. Structural construction: Adopt factory-prefabricated shelf modules + on-site laser positioning hoisting, control the installation error of a single shelf group within ±3mm, and ensure structural bearing and equipment adaptability.

  2. Schedule management: Implement a parallel construction plan for separate aisles, plan tower crane operation paths through an intelligent scheduling system, and achieve over 50 shelf modules hoisted per day.
