After a thorough site survey and process analysis, we implemented a Goods-to-Person picking solution centered around Four-Way Shuttles.
System Composition:
Storage: Retrofit existing racking with multi-level shuttle rails.
Core Equipment: Deployed 12 Tianjin Master standard Four-Way Shuttles.
Picking Stations: Established 4 “Goods-to-Person” picking workstations.
Software: Integrated Tianjin Master WMS for intelligent inventory and task management.
Operational Workflow:
Receiving: Upon putaway, shuttles transport goods to system-optimized locations.
Picking: Upon order receipt, shuttles automatically bring target bins to picking stations.
Dispatch: Pickers complete batch orders at their station; items are sent to packing via conveyor.
