In the field of automated warehousing systems, some companies do not pursue a "big and comprehensive" approach. Instead, they focus on niche markets, building unique competitive advantages through continuous technological deepening. Tianjin Master Logistics Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Master") is a representative of this approach.
Established in 2010, Master has carved out a "specialized and sophisticated" development path in just over a decade by focusing on the niche field of dense storage, becoming a noteworthy player in intelligent warehousing solutions-7.

Master was one of the earliest domestic enterprises to independently develop shuttle storage systems. Since entering the shuttle dense storage field around 2014, the company has gradually developed and promoted new warehousing models, including shuttle racking systems, shuttle-based automated three-dimensional warehouse systems, parent-child shuttle systems, and 4-way shuttle systems, while optimizing traditional racking designs-6.
After more than a decade of development, Master has formed a full range of automated logistics equipment products, including 2-way shuttles, parent-child shuttles, 4-way shuttles, multi-layer shuttles, circular shuttles, automated aisle stacker cranes, lifts, RGVs, pallet and tote conveyor lines, and high-bay warehouse racking-6. The company holds over 20 invention and utility model patents and more than 10 software copyrights-7.
Centered on "dense storage," Master has developed a product matrix primarily featuring Stacker Cranes (AS/RS), 4-Way Shuttles, and Pallet Shuttles-4-11.
1. Stacker Crane System (AS/RS)
This system is the main application form in automated three-dimensional warehouses, consisting of automated aisle stacker cranes, horizontal conveyor and connection systems, racking systems, and WMS/WCS control systems. Compared with dense storage systems, AS/RS can manage any pallet position and is suitable for storage systems covering a large number of SKUs with return and sorting requirements-7.
2. 4-Way Shuttle System
As a new intelligent dense storage solution independently developed by Master, the 4-way shuttle system consists of a 4-way shuttle, horizontal conveying system, hoist, shelf system, WMS, and WCS-10. Unlike traditional shuttles, the 4-way shuttle can move in both the X and Y axes of the racking, automatically switching 90 degrees between longitudinal storage lanes and horizontal transfer passages to reach any designated position-6.
3. Pallet Shuttle System
The parent-child shuttle storage system, as a high-density automated storage system, consists of child shuttles, parent shuttles, lifts, conveyor systems, and control systems. Compared with AS/RS, this system offers stronger storage capacity design and scalability-6.
Master's positioning is not merely as an equipment manufacturer, but as a one-stop solution provider for intelligent warehousing systems.
In terms of software, the company has established a software R&D team of approximately 30 people, independently developing management and control systems centered on WMS and WCS. To date, it has successfully completed the development and implementation of nearly 100 real-world cases-6-7. In 2024, Master obtained the patent for "Digital Twin-based 4-Way Shuttle Logistics Modeling Method, System, and Medium," applying digital twin technology to efficiently model and optimize logistics processes. The company has also applied 3D digital twin control and display systems to pallet 4-way shuttle projects, enabling real-time display of equipment operating status and performance data-6.
Master has been actively adjusting its market strategy in recent years, gradually shifting its focus overseas. Since 2017, the company has been expanding into the Indonesian market and using it as a base to reach other Southeast Asian countries. It has now established offices in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia, building a comprehensive installation and after-sales service system-6.
In the Malaysian market, Master has partnered with Panda Eco System Berhad (PANDA) to introduce integrated logistics and supply chain solutions to the local market. Under the signed Memorandum of Understanding, Panda Eco System has been appointed as Master's System Implementer in Malaysia to undertake the deployment, implementation, and support of Master's solutions and systems-2-3. The Executive Director and CEO of Panda Eco System, Mr. Loo Chee Wee, stated that Master's solutions have been successfully deployed across various industries, optimizing warehouse operations, enhancing inventory management, and enabling seamless integration within the broader supply chain ecosystem-2.
Additionally, Master has projects operating in South America and Africa-6. To date, the company has successfully implemented and delivered nearly 100 automated warehouse systems to the market, achieving full-system integrated delivery for multiple automation projects in overseas markets-6-7.
In the Inner Mongolia Jihong Packaging project, Master deployed 32 intelligent 4-way shuttles, a digital twin control platform, and customized WMS/WCS systems, achieving multi-vehicle operation on the same level (9 shuttles running simultaneously per level) 24/7. The project achieved approximately 40% improvement in turnover efficiency, 2-3 times increase in storage space utilization, and over 99% inventory accuracy-6.
Looking ahead, Master plans to further consolidate its market position in the food, cold chain, pharmaceutical, and chemical sectors, while continuing to invest in R&D and innovation-6. On the path of "specialization and refinement," Tianjin Master has demonstrated the power of focus through deep specialization. For companies seeking efficient, flexible, and high-density warehousing solutions, Master, with its solid technological accumulation and comprehensive service capabilities, is moving from China to the world.
