Under Construction! 24-meter Stacker Cranes and Over 28,000 Pallet Locations for a Food Company

Recently, an AS/RS project contracted by Master is currently being installed! With advanced technology and rich experience, Master has created a scientific plan for the project, which will inject a strong power for the storage, logistics and transportation of this food company once completed.

Project Planning

At the early construction of the AS/RS, the design team formulated a detailed design plan based on various factors, including the on-site space dimensions, cargo specifications, and future operational requirements. As food storage has special requirements for environment, space utilization, etc, the design plan has to take everything in account - including not only the overall layout, which needs to make full use of the 24-meter space, but also the convenient access of every cargo. Meanwhile, safety standards such as fire-proofing and ventilation should be met.

Construction

Infrastructure is the key part of the AS/RS. In order to ensure the quality and safety of the AS/RS, Master has rigid standards for choosing materials. For the key spare parts such as upright frames and beams, we use high-quality high strength steel that passes strict quality inspections. With its anti-pressing and anti-bending properties, the high strength steel ensures that the ground can withstand the huge weight of the racks and cargo.

Safety Guarantee 

Quality assessments and safety guarantees are conducted throughout the whole AS/RS construction process. Professional QA personnel will inspect and accept the work after each stage of construction.
