This is a low-temperature frozen food project in southern China. It utilizes four-way trucks for dense storage, covering a wide area.
Project Background
Coverage area: approximately 7,828 square meters. -25°C Smart Cold Storage Project. Total cargo: 8,088 pallets.
Solution
The project utilizes a variety of modern logistics technologies, including robotic stacking, intelligent four-way carts, and automated high-bay warehouses, along with Tianjin Master's independently developed WMS/WCS logistics management system.
Project Difficulties
Cost and Investment: Traditional cold storage requires high investment, limited storage capacity, and high energy consumption.
Production Line Integration: Long manual transfer distances and low efficiency.
Project Value
Storage capacity increased fivefold. The cold storage design features large and small warehouses, with adjustable temperature zones. Large and small warehouses share equipment, and four-way carts can be deployed and shared.
