Six Stacker Cranes, an Intelligent Warehouse Management System, and Emergency Response Capabilities
Project Background

This project is a newly constructed industrial park, requiring warehouse and workshop integration. The workshops are located on both sides of the warehouse, and the platform needs to accommodate the production tasks of each workshop.

Solution

Six stacker cranes and numerous conveyor lines connect the warehouse and production workshops. The designed number of cargo spaces is 11,736, meeting the required total efficiency of 180 pallets/hour. An intelligent warehouse management system is implemented to improve warehouse management and information technology. Furthermore, considering the client's production continuity, the project provides certain emergency response capabilities.

Project Difficulties

Long logistics routes and workshops on both sides of the warehouse prevented integration. The warehouse is newly constructed and aims to become a benchmark factory in Shandong Province. Low manual labor efficiency.

Project Value

Achieving unmanned and intelligent warehouse operations.

Significantly improving warehouse efficiency by separating outbound and inbound storage.

Optimizing traffic flow by strategically placing multiple buffer rooms within the limited hallway area.
